It is used to create the Portal to Alfheim and all of the top tier Botania equipment. It's mentioned in the tooltip for the Mana Infused Ingot (plus the quest book puts as a "nether material" and says it is found in the "Elemental Chamber dungeon"), and the philospher's stone is gated behind it in this pack, so it would be super useful to know what I'm looking for here.
